Dear Dr. Miller,

Results from NOAA award NA16GP2913 have been published in GRL (Mann and Jones (2003)). It is my understanding that the terms of such awards require the data products to be be publicly archived at the time of publication pursuant to policy statements and guidelines implementing the USGCRP July 1991 Policy Statement. To my knowledge, this dataset and any related algorithms have not been so archived. Can you inform me on the status of the archiving?

In the event that there has been no archiving and there are no archiving plans, I would like to examine the underlying data and algorithms and would appreciate any assistance that you could provide in this matter.
