very much for your message - needless to say, I am sorry to hear that
the situation has still to be resolved to your satisfaction. I will
need to discuss your remaining points with the various interested
parties here - including the Editor - before deciding on a course
of action. But due to the various travel commitments of the editorial
team (it is that time of the year!), it is unlikely that these
discussions will reach a conclusion for at least 2-3 weeks. I am sorry
that we will not be able to respond sooner, but please be assured that
we do take these matters seriously and will be back in touch as soon
as is practical.
